I promised myself before I even arrived in Madrid that I would not return home without visiting Amsterdam and Rome. I visited Amsterdam the first weekend of November and my last trip while I was in Europe was to Roma!
There are so many historical sights to see in Rome and I was there for such a short amount of time! I ended up being so busy walking between monuments and museum that I didn’t get a completely accurate feel for the culture of Rome. I definitely need to go back to Rome to really feel what the atmosphere is like. Until then, enjoy the photos I do have from the Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, the Colosseum, Galeria Borghese, and the Spanish Steps (now do you believe me when I said I saw a lot?). I also ate lots of pizza, pasta, gelato, and tiramisu, so enjoy a few pictures of those 😉
