Exercise is a huge part of my life, but usually I do classes (pilates, yoga, and SoulCycle are my favorites). I wanted a new challenge though, so today I decided to start Kayla Itsines’ “Bikini Body Guide.” To power my workouts I know I’ll need great music, so I thought I’d make and share a playlist for this purpose.
