Predictably, my escapades with statement coats continue! This week it’s with a light blue brocade coat from Zara. It’s thick enough for warmer temperatures, but its boldness and brightness are things that people tend to shy away from when it gets colder. Under it, I wore a powder blue blouse with an accordion ruffle peplum hem and collar. I’ve never seen a detail like this before and I love how it mixes up a standard blue shirt. I finished the look with a pair of dark wash blue jeans and a pair of bright blue flats… And with that, I think I might have broken a record for most usages of the word “blue” in one blog post!
